I’m getting an error when trying to watch a recording (happens to be nhl, not sure if that makes a difference). Somethings not working, we’ll have this fixed shortly, please try again later. The error code is xre-03130.
any suggestions? (New to ignite... installed two days ago). Couldn’t find any information on the forums or in support... thanks!

I hope you're enjoying the Ignite TV so far. Is the error specific to one channel? Since you just recently got the service installed, it'd be best for you to reach out to your Ignite TV Concierge. As RogersMoin mentioned above, they should be able to look into the error code for you and assist you further.
