Ignite 50 and basic TV set up

I've been around

Help please. How do I set up the connections? Internet is working fine but the TV isn’t. Was installed about a month ago and was TV was working but not now. The channels don’t show. What is the problem?

Have you performed any troubleshooting steps since you posted?

 

Since it was working and suddenly stopped, we can rule out an issue at the time of the activation. To resolve the issue, try these troubleshooting methods in sequence:

 

  1. Check that your Ignite Internet is working properly. If it’s not, try troubleshooting your Ignite WiFi Gateway modem.
  2. Make sure you haven’t accidentally disabled your Ignite Entertainment Box by pausing the profile it belongs to on Ignite WiFi Hub. If this is the case, unpause the profile and move your Ignite Entertainment Box to the Household profile to prevent this happening again.
  3. Try restarting your Ignite Entertainment Box.
  4. If you have Ignite WiFi Pods, check Ignite WiFi Hub to make sure none of them have been unplugged or disconnected.

Is your Ignite Entertainement box  onected via WiFi or ethernet?
