So I am going on three weeks and many tickets entered, but I continue to have problems with missing many channels on my Ignite TV. In fact,many of the missing channels are the only channels that I actually watch. All the Sportsnets, TSNs, all Canadian News networks, and a bunch more. They all say "Yeah, I can see all those channels on your account....I'll create a ticket and it will be fixed in about 24 hours."
No one seems to be able to do anything for me. I call pretty much every other day. Any advice?
