I got exact same error message. This is how I solved the issue: 1. I signed on to Ignite WiFi app on my iPhone 8 2. Opened Connected Devices screen 3. Selected the Wireless Gateway. (I have three of them so I did same for all three) 4. Find on the screen ‘Assign Device’ link/option and click on it. 5. It will ask you to assign to a profile. I used the default ‘Household’ 6. Go back to Ignite TV app and restart it. This time it should go through and ask you to sign on with your Rogers credentials Looks like the wireless gateway without assigned profile is not visible to the Ignite TV app hence that stupid message after waiting to connect.
