Hey there @Okabeach
Based on a quick research this feature is called: Voicemail Waiting Indicator.
If it is stuck (when it shouldn't be); 2 Options are available to clear it.
1. You can leave yourself a voicemail (from another number) and check the voicemail to have it reset.
2. You can call Tech support (wireless) to have them reset the stuck indicator.
Hope this helps,
Cheers!

Thanks for the quick reply.
I did try the first option you suggested but the light on the base continues to flash making the phone think there is voicemail. Guess i will have no option but to call tech support.
It was worth a try though! ☺

Did it resolve after calling Tech Support?

Mailbox was corrupt. 2 minutes with tech support & all is as it should be.
Thanks! 😆

Rogers wireless voice mail
I got so frustrated with my Rogers wireless voice mail I had to just turn it off. When people call me sometimes
the phone wouldn't ring at my end at all but just go straight to voice mail. Other times it could ring any number
of times. No pattern of times then go to voice mail. Instead of spending hours trying to sort through different
levels of answers and questions on this site much easier just to turn it off.

I am a new wireless home phone user.
If I am talking on my phone when another call comes in, will it go to voicemail??

The call should go to voicemail. The caller should also "know" that you're on the phone because instead of ringing 5 times (or however many rings you have chosen before going to voicemail when you're not answering), the call will go to voicemail immediately, typically without even ringing at their end.
