Re: Voice mail

Hey,

Just wanted to add a couple things, you can listen to your voicemail away from home by calling your home phone number, waiting for the greeting then hitting #, you will then be prompted for your password.

You can also call 1-877-643-7786, which is a remote access number. It will ask you to punch in your home phone number with area code and then the password.

Also, if you just set up the voicemail and don't know your password, it defaults to the last 4 digits of your home phone number.

Hope this answers some questions!

Re: Voice mail

Sure you can!

Here's the instructions:

1. Dial your home telephone number. (NOTE: Your home phone will ring.)
2. Once you hear your recorded greeting, press *
3. Enter your password. You are now in the Voicemail Main menu.
4. From the Voicemail Main menu, enter to listen to your new Voicemail messages.

You can this and more in the User Guide here: http://downloads.rogershelp.com/multiproduct/guides/ROG_3892_BODY_GDE_EN_LRez.pdf

Re: Voice mail

According to the guide posted, you press '9' not '*'.

Away from home, as a local call:
1. Dial your home telephone number. (NOTE: Your home phone will ring.)
2. Once you hear your recorded greeting, press 9.
3. Enter your password. You are now in the Voicemail Main menu.
4. From the Voicemail Main menu, enter 11 to listen to your new Voicemail messages.

Re: Voice mail

Do you have the service already?  And just need to set the recording?

Or do you want to add it?
