I had my call forwarding on and now It's not turning off. I don't know what to do. Please help me
Why does Call forwarding *72 not work when you have "Online Manager". It includes this feature.
I don't want to have to go into the online manager to turn on/off call forwarding.
Rogers consumer web site has to be the slowest consumer web site in Canada.
A simple *72aaabbbcccc on the phone is way easier when leaving the house than getting online and logging into the online manager. I used to use this before I changed to ignite. Had the online manager too.
OR rogers please create a login that goes directly to the online manager phone portion instead of drilling down through myrogers.
