I'd like to clarify your post. Are you signed up with the new Ignite TV service, which comes included with home phone? Only reason I'm asking for clarification is because the home phone with the new Ignite TV service is actually a different platform from our original Home Phone service.

Thanks for the response. I was just curious if this is a common thing or just my line. Just started to look into the problem. Was planning on Rogers cell phone user and landline to call if it is all phones or just bell ... Or a bad device
