I pay $10/mth for the International Plus LD Plan for my home phone but don't know which ten countries are included.
Inexplicably, Rogers does not provide a list anywhere on their website explaining long distance calling plans:
https://www.rogers.com/consumer/home-phone
How can consumers make informed decisions about LD calls if they don't know which ones are included in their plan?!
To complicate matters, the following Rogers web page says there are 26 countries included in the International Plus LD plan: https://www.rogers.com/web/content/home-long/ew#
Anybody else share my concerns here?

Good evening @fcarter452,
Welcome to the Rogers Community!
It's extremely important to know what the features you're paying for include. We absolutely want to clarify which countries are included in your home phone long distance plan.
The International Plus plan includes unlimited calling within Canada and the United States. This means that it includes calls to all Provinces and Territories within Canada and all 50 US states (includes Hawaii and Alaska).
You get 930 minutes per month to landline and mobile destinations in the following countries:
Australia, China (except Hong Kong), Germany, India, Ireland, Italy Pakistan, Poland, Portugal and the United Kingdom.
Any overage or calls to countries not listed above are billed per minute.
The second link you posted seems outdated. However, with regards to the second one, if you click on the Long distance tab, you can find the list of countries included in the International Plus long distance plan by clicking on the "i" (see below):
Hope this helps!

Thanks! The "i" did not work for me when I clicked on it using Chrome browser, but at least now I know which "Top Ten" countries I can call, which was my main concern.
I think this information should be available to me on my Rogers Dashboard.

The "i" probably didn't work because you have a pop-up blocker enabled on your browser, or some other item/setting in your browser that is causing a problem. See the following post regarding setting up your browser (or using a different browser) to see all information on a particular website.

I just had a very civil but frustrating call with Rogers. I paid to change my cellphone plan to an " International plan back in December which I did in order to avoid the extra 12.00 per day per phone ( my wife and I ) , as we are retired and spend our winters in Florida. I wrongly assumed that International meant International. We are back from Florida and are headed to Europe ( Amsterdam, Prague, Paris, London ) for 3 weeks. It turns out that as far as Rogers is concerned , International only means US and Mexico. They want to charge 15.00 per day , which for 18 days adds up to another 540.00. We need data, SMS and calling capability. I asked Rogers if there was any way of giving us a one time accommodation to lessen the financial impact . They would not budge and said I should have read the agreement ( I'm 70 and not a lawyer and the agreement is a million pages of legalese). I know I can get an esim card but the point is that I've been a loyal Rogers customer for well over 30 years and they would not connect me with customer retention ( if that even exists ) . I was very polite the whole time and asked if they could give us a one time accommodation by giving us a credit on our cable ( 275.00 a month ) , or our home phone , or our cellphone charges ( 5 phones ) or internet ( Ignite ) , but they had no interest in helping. I asked for an interaction number for the call , and politely expressed my frustration and will be leaving Rogers going forward after 33 years of loyalty with them. Rogers corporate philosophy has changed and not for the better.

Greetings @irvluftig 👋
Thank you for bringing this to our much needed attention. Reading your post makes me realize I am in dire need of a vacation. We appreciate your loyalty and tenure as 33 years is quite some time. I'm saddened to hear about the interactions you've had. I can assure you this is by no means the type of experience we want you to be having.
While we have plans that include Canada Wide, Mexico and US calling, we do not have plans that cover International calling. The cost at $15/day is our Roam Like Home charge per day while travelling internationally.
We appreciate the feedback and will ensure it gets passed along to the appropriate channels.
Regards,
RogersJo

Does that include both landline numbers and cell numbers?

Hello, @Brianmdixon.
Thank you for joining this thread and for your question.
The International Plus Long Distance add-on includes unlimited Canada and US calling and 930 International minutes for both landline and mobile phones to the UK, Italy, China, Poland, Portugal, Germany, India, Australia, Ireland, and Pakistan.
As detailed in this PDF, you can enjoy preferred long-distance rates to other countries, and the rates for landline and mobile use are listed.
Please ask away if you have further questions.
Cheers,
RogersMoin
