Thanks for your suggestion. I would be happy if I could add extra rings before the vm picked up..but that's not working either...any suggestions for that issue?

Have you tried using another phone to change the number of ring before the call goes to voicemail?

Hi there, No I tried with another phone with the same result. It still won't go longer that 4 rings before going into voice mail.
