We have simplified our internal escalation process to ensure your concerns are addressed in the most efficient manner, as such we will no longer be opening new cases with our Office of the Ombudsman.
If the Office of the President has previously referred your case to our office, please take note that this escalation path is no longer valid as of October 3, 2020. If you are following up on an open case submitted prior to October 3rd, our case managers are working on it and will contact you directly.
