Upgrading your smartphone should always be an exciting and positive experience. We’ve made it easy to upgrade your devices online. Continue reading to learn more about how you can easily get the latest phone.

 

Click on the following link to Upgrade Online. You can check your device balance and if you’re eligible, you can upgrade online. Standard shipping for online orders is 3-5 business days if inventory is available at the time of your order. For more info on ordering online, check our Online Orders FAQs. When your device ships, you’ll get a confirmation email. This includes a link to track your order with our delivery partner.

 

To be eligible for an upgrade with financing, you may need to switch to one of our Rogers InfiniteTM plans. With our Rogers InfiniteTM plans you never have to worry about data overages again!  If you would rather purchase a phone outright, you may keep your existing plan and pay the full price of the device upfront.

 

When you upgrade your device online it will ship to your home. Payment is made upfront and the device will ship to the address of your choice as soon as inventory becomes available. If you are upgrading and making a plan change, your new plan will take effect immediately.

Curious about time-frame if placing an online hardware upgrade. I upgraded one of the phones on my account about an hour ago and chose express pickup at my nearby Rogers location. Just wondering what people's experiences are with express pickup, how long you had to wait for the email confirming that hardware was ready for pickup? I was hoping I could pickup same day, since they did offer same day delivery as well, but wanted to pickup to get a screen protector put on it right away. I received the online order confirmation after submitting the order in the browser, but haven't received any sort of email confirmation that the order was placed, never mind a pickup confirmation yet. Just wondering if anyone has been able to pickup the same day they ordered. Thanks.
