Emails sit forever in Outbox and never get sent?

when i now reply to an email, all that happens is that it goes to the outbox on my email client on my BB Passport and the little clock icon shows up....and it never gets sent.

 

why? has there been a recent update or something changed on my Passport or the Rogers network....as it's been running firn for years....

 

help here someone?

I would like to help. In order to find a solution, would you please answer the following questions;

 

  • Are you having difficulty with @rogers.com email address?
  • What is the Outgoing server address and its port number?
  • Are you able to login to webmail?

  • Are you able to login using webmail?
  • What is the outgoing server address and post number?
