There was no email response that went first. He mentioned my name to come and help and due to the timing it was at, I was unavailable to come and post.
@RogersArthur if you can come back on and see if we can figure out a solution for the user? My only solution is to contact Blackberry support and see what they can do. Or even contact LinkedIn and see what they say. I never never had this issue on any of my BlackBerries.
