Blackberry Z10

Re: Incoming calls - reduce number of rings prior to call going to voicemail

Have the phone (Blackberry Z10) on vibrate most of the time but find it vibrates 14 times prior to the call being transferred to voice mail.

Cannot find any information on how to reduce this timeframe

Appreciate any help

Thank you

Re: Blackberry Z10

Rogers controls the amount of time that a call will hang until going to voicemail. Call Rogers and make sure your account is set to the minimum (which I believe is 15 seconds but I stand to be corrected).

Cheers.  🙂

Hello BillJ

You could do that but most reps wont change it unless there is a reason behind it. I tried doing it and mine was set to 15 seconds and vibrated around 10-15 times.
