It used to be you could find an interface on the Rogers site with your basic email set up info, which, as I recall had an "allow" provision of other domain mail to route through Rogers. For the life of me I cannot find it.
Can you help with an URL or something to go on? Thanks
It is amazing how retarded this site is, and even more, how they manage to get away with it.

If you are attempting to verify a 3rd party Non Rogers email address please sign into www.rogers.yahoo.com -> Mail -> Options -> More options/Mail options -> Accounts -> Add Account.
You can then fill out the information only in the "Sending" portion and you will then be sent a verification email.

Not sure if this is what you are looking for, but it is available by clicking a link found on the Rogers home page.
