Was told my accounts high risk and locked down!
Feel violated after speaking with credit ops. They had kindly said some Analysts placed this restriction on my account back in July with no notice or justification. This just makes me want to move my services to Bell at least they treat me like a human instead of an animal! I have filed a complaint about being profiled as a high-risk account. Never have I felt so humiliated in my life.😗
There can be several different reasons why an account may be flagged. May I know when was the last time you were in touch with Credit Operations?
