samsung warranty

theres something wrong with my s2 lte's audio jack connector and usb connector. and i wanna get warranty on these problems.
has anyone tried getting warranty with samsung phone?
i just got off the phone with samsung warranty service and they told me to talk to rogers.. i know that apple gives u new phone at the apple store if your phone has problems and is under warranty.
does anyone know how samsung warranty works?

You need to take your phone to a Rogers Plus store - they'll fill out all the paper work, and send the phone to Samsung, if need be. Assuming you bought the phone from Rogers. If you didn't, you'll have to take it back to the store that you bought it from, and have them deal with it.
