why can i not get rogers mobile on my blackberry bold 9790.

i tried that and it said my device is not compatable.
Is your device a Rogers device? Or one unlocked from a different carrier?
Have you been able to access this before? If so with the same or a different device?
You could also try switching SIM cards with another Rogers user and see if the issue persists on the other device?
There are also blocks that can be placed on your line to prevent access to the Rogers Mobile site. Might want to confirm with Technical Support that your line does not have these blocks.
