On the My Rogers web site, I tried to change my old 3G SIM to a new LTE SIM I got from Rogers, and I keep getting the error "Update SIM failed!!". I can confirm that the SIM numbers are valid. What should I do?
Can we change the SIM by calling support?

I'm switching to a brand new LTE Nano SIM.
I was on an old plan that started before LTE was available, and it is switching tomorrow. I guess I should wait for tomorrow or Sunday and call them if it still doesn't work by then.

actually old SIM cards can be reused. I've done it many times. Rogers is perpetuating a false rumour that there is somehow no way to reuse an old SIM but it's a complete lie.

Good day @user9091,
Thank you for your post!
I just wanted to clarify something regarding the information you provided above.
Yes, it is in fact correct that a SIM card can be reactivated.
However, a SIM can only be resumed on the original cellular telephone number it’s assigned to.
It is not possible to reactivate a SIM card that was already used, on a different account/number.
Hope this helps!
