purchased a SIM online,but do not receive it.

I purchased it online without log in(on July 7)
No tracking info and order number.

When you ordered the sim card, did you get a confirmation when you ordered it?. Does it show on your credit card that you got it?

If not, that means the order never went threw. I would try again & see if it works.

Yes,i got an email.My visa showed that as well.

I would contact Rogers and see what is going on. If nothing happens, i would contact your Visa and have them reverse the payment or look further into it.

Rogers should be able to track the order as you got a email. Does the email have any payment number or order number?

I would contact Rogers & give them the details the order email you got. See if they can find out what is going on.

You can go on Rogers Live Chat & pick General Rogers.com Inquiries. Fill out what u need to fill & talk to them. They may be able to help.
