problems downloading apps

When I go into my app world, sometimes it just says please wait and doesnt load. If I try to upgrade or download any apps it just says please wait, and I cannot do anything except close it. Does this have to do with service? I am currently on a blackberry data plan. I am wondering if this could do with memory??

If it had anything to do with memory, many of your apps would be lagging and freezing up.  If this isn't the case, it isn't memory related.

 

Let's free up some memory leaks.  Remove your battery while your phone is powered on then replace it.

 

 

Post back with your results and we'll explore other options if necessary.  🙂
