Chances are you're probably not signed into the right profile. I would say you most likely have two; the one with your accounts linked, and the one you're trying to use, which has nothing linked. Best thing to do is call Customer Care, and ask them to find the username of the MyRogers profile your services are linked to. Then if it isn't the one you want to use, ask them to have it un-linked from the profile and then you can link it up under the profile you want to use. I believe the Live Chat can accomplish this as well.
