my guide / manage recordings is not working on my rogers website. It just says STB not available
Please fix asap so I can set my shows to record
Seems to still be a bit flaky from day to day. The other day I went to managa my recordings and saw shows scheduled to record that I hadn't scheduled. They weren't on my scheduled recordings on the PVR, and of course didn't record. Just now I tried to go to that page again and schedule a recording on line to see of it would appear on my PVR, but got "Unavailable". Seems the Rogers server is still screwed up after the iPhone 6 reserving debacle.
May vary from account to account maybe?
Loaded here fine for me again (and i am at a different location.. i am at work now)
Guide came up.. could browse through, showed data.
Was able to pull the PVR info (scheduled and recorded).. this is with a NB3. Did take about 30-45 seconds for the PVR to be able to be selected.
Works for me now. Probably just low resources on the network.
You are getting loged in though, right? Its just not seeming to communicate to the box?
I am wondering, if you more possibly have an signal issue at the house.. for it to work, it needs a good clean proper signal for the two way communication... if its weak or having other issues.. might not be able to talk properly with the other services.
