my account app can't give me data usage: i'm on corporate plan

When I connect over LTE network, the app my account can't give me updates of my data usage?  Why?

Hello passepoil

Have you changed anything on the plan before or within the last few days / weeks? It happens it will not show up. Also did you sign a new contract with them?

If not then the app has issues like this at times which will not display data usage or minutes sometimes. I would delete the app & install it again. See if that fixes it.

As meowmix said.. any recent changes COULD effect it.

I just upgraded my phone the other day.. and changed plans up to one with more data, etc.  It isnt able to show my usage, until my next billing cycle starts 😞
