I have my 10 canada nad when I got to update it through My Account on my iphone it only saves the first 5? How do I fix this?

remanage my 5

this my5 is **bleep**. I filled it out online months ago and I was still being charged on my monthly bill. When I called and complained about it they told me I never put the numbers in when I KNOW that I did! I put them in through my 'MY rogers" app on my blackberry. so now since I believed my MY5 was set up I have this huge bill that rogers wont do anything for. this is complete **bleep**.

I have a Samsung Corby Touch and I don't know how to register the numbers for my5. Can anyone help me?

You can log into your MyRogers account on-line or via your phone and add them yourself or you can call Rogers and they will add the numbers for you.

Here are some steps that may be quite helpful when trying to manage your My5 or your My 10:

 

IVR Method:

 

Simply dial *611

Select ‘Option 4: Account Changes’

Followed by “Option 3: Manage MY5 List”

Follow the instructions to update your MY5.

Device Method:

You may also access your My5 profile via your handset (Rogers Mall/Rogers My Account App) which will allow you to make changes to your MY5 profile without the need to call and speak to a representative.

 

Rogers.com Method:

 

Visit the website www.rogers.com

Sign into their rogers.com account

Select the phone number that needs the My5 numbers changed

Click on "Add or Modify Add ons" link

Click on Manage My5 List

Rogers needs some good competition. Not consumer friendly I don't have time for this. Everything you do on roger takes too long

I log in to my Rogers and couldn't find my5 option under "Add or Modify Add ons"

Something is wrong with this MY5 feature.
