Has anyone else had this problem? When I try to log in on the MyRogers app on my iPhone, it takes my name and password with no problem, but just sits there with the coloured bars doing their "waiting..." thing - but doesn't actually log in.
Sorry but the problem isn't fixed. I'm still here looking at my iPhone while the coloured "waiting..." symbols jump up and down on my screen. I can log into MyRogers on the web with no problem - but on the iPhone? It's been going on since I started this thread.
Any idea what's going on or how long this will continue?
It's 4 hours later and my iPhone My Rogers is still working fine. I haven't actually used it for a while, but I noticed the app icon has changed. I wonder if there's recently been an update to the app. Mine is 5.5.5.
