iPhone 7 / 7 Plus - Models Offered & VOLTE Capability

Hi,

Was wondering that which storage capacities of iPhone 7 / 7 Plus will be made available to Rogers - 32 GB / 128 GB and 256 GB? Based on contract pricing, could we easily budget last year's iPhone 6s/6s Plus pricing, with increase of approx. $50 per capacities? 

Also, given that iPhone SE / 6s / 6s Plus supports VOLTE, it is considerable that iPhone 7 / 7 Plus will support this feature as well?
