Hi, I have an iPad 2, 64GB and I just bought a Rogers SIM card that I just put in my iPad. I don't have any account with Rogers yet, but on their website, it tells that we can activate iPad 30 days data plans directly on the device. Unfortunately, when I go in settings, cellular data and then view account, the following message appears: ''Service temporarily unavailable. Sorry! Your request cannot be completed at this time. Please try again later.'' What should I do? Thank you.

Hello @Sam29 ,
Can you confirm where you see this?
All I can see are the Flex Rate Plans for Tablets here: http://www.rogers.com/web/content/mobile-plans

Hi @Sam29 , Welcome to the community.
I can understand how this can be frustrating.
I did some research and the iPad prepaid plan has expired.
Rogers.com had a delay in the update. We apologize for this.
I know you stated you own this iPad. Have you considered our monthly plans?
One of the benefits from having a monthly plan is hassle free in terms of having to renew your account each month.
Hopefully you can consider this as a viable option.
Thank you again!
