i am having an issue with my phone and they dont help, they just give Run around; just terrible. Been with rogers for 5 years, and they haven't shown any appreciation. In my opinion Rogers, False advertisement there *free* replacement phone if your phone is damaged. On the site it say a they'll provide a replacement phone for 0 dollars, and i go to the store and they tell me i have to buy a new phone. Whose right, the website or the sales rep?
