current billing online

everytime i go into my account i cannot find my current months bill, it shows my payments however , it does not show my bill, i should say it shows july.s bill 2012 and no further ones, how in the name of saint peter am i suppose to pay my bill when i dont know how much i owe for the month. tell me this.

Do you have online billing? Or does your bill come to your house. If its online billing, this does happen often. Call Rogers and have the rep see if its been disabled on the account or something is wrong. Best bet is to call in and check.

Are you billed monthly or, like me  every three months? When I check the the online account It reads $0.00 until the month the bill is due then it gives the three month total.
