cannot login to TSNgo on ipad or iPhone

I have been unable to log on to TSNgo on my iPhone or iPad. I am asked to identify my cable provider then asked for my "My Rogers" username & password, but I am told I must be a suscriber. I am obviously a Rogers subscriber because I am logged in here to post this message. And I do subscribe to TSN on my cable service.

 

Anyone had similar problems? Any solutions?

I had the same problem months ago, talked to Rogers support, and their response was it's a TSN app not a Rogers app so no resolution.

I gave up trying.
