We have ZTE mf970 as our corporate devices which used to be fine.
But recently they turned incompatible with the DirectAccess VPN connectivity since the device auto enables the IPV6 that is causing a conflict.
i do not see any option to disable the ipv6 in the device or in the management page.

I've gone through the manual and I don't see any way to disable IPv6 in the hotspot and we don't recommend that you disable IPv6 or any of its components. Disabling IPv4 may cause you to experience Internet blackouts once we hit the point that all IPv4 IP addresses are assigned.
If you absolutely must disable it, you may have to do so from the OS level.

HI @latheef_ca
Welcome to the Community Forums!
How to set your modem to IPv4 only can be found in the user manual here -

Hi RogersPrasana,
thanks for the response and i appreciate the hint to look at the manual.
i did see that there is option to play with the APN.
it allows me to create a "New APN" and save it. but it does not apply the new APN.
the default "Rogers Internet" APN is applied automatically.
and from the document - Click "Set as default" to set this pr ofile as the default profile.
there is no such option/button as "Set as default".
please assist.

Changing the APN wouldn't resolve this particular issue.
