For about a week now I've been trying to set up a Dispoable Email Address in Rogers Webmail, Settings > Security and Yahoo keeps offering alternatives and then it tells me that name is not available.
Some of the names I've tried could not possibly have been already used and I am wondering if that feature actually works or is it there only to tempt people like me and drive us crazy?
Anyone got tips on doing this?

Hello, @pmcsplaza
I was able to create a disposable address from my Primary account, I had to use the alternatives suggested by the system, but I was able to create it and I've received the test email sent to that disposable address.
Cheers,

Thanks for confirming it does work. I guess I'm not picking good names as even the ones it suggests it says are not available.
Maybe I have to sign out of my linked rogers.com email and into the Yahoo one?

Hi @pmcsplaza
Can you confirm that you're trying to create the disposable email address under your primary email address and not a secondary email address?
Let us know to further assist.

Hello, @pmcsplaza
Thank you for all the information provided to CommunityHelps. I would like to clarify if you are trying to create the disposable address through @rogers.com email or through @yahoo.ca email?
I understand your @yahoo.ca email may be linked with @rogers.com email, however, we only have access to @rogers.com emails.
Looking forward to your response.
