This seems like a pretty cool feature because it allows you to have a verbal copy of all your texts (in and out) sent to and email address. However, I was just wondering, the website says that to activate the new feature you can only do it though the handset. I called customer care and they confirmed this but they couldn't really say why.. I have a bunch of employees and want it installed on their phones but getting them all to do it will be a pain. It seems to me its just a server feature, why couldn't it be applied from the Rogers office?

Currently the only way to subscribe to Extreme Text Messaging is through your device Rogers portal.
I noticed a few limitations with the copy feature:
1. texts longer than 155 characters get broken into multiple emails
2. texts from Bell Mobility don't seem to get emailed
3. texts with attachments don't get emailed
I wonder if anyone can verify these are known limitations.
This is great, but now how do you turn it off?
I have set up the COPY feature using the Extreme Text Messaging Add-On Feature, but now I need to edit the email address that it's being sent to. I checked the app and it says to click the TURN OFF button in the My Rogers app, but there's no such thing.
Can someone please help me?
To turn off the the "Copy Feature"
I can't change the copy to off on extreme texting. I don't want to receive a message in my email anymore.
