Windows Phone or Android? Some interesting articles that may help you decide.

Since the revelation that the only way to get a Windows Phone in Canada is to buy it unlocked, I have been pondering the idea of switching to Android. I've been a huge windows fan-boy since I got my Lumia 920 and still am. However when it comes down to brass tacts, my financial situation does not even allow the possibility of a $850 smart phone.  The only real option is Android. So I may bow out of the world of Windows mobile until 2017. Maybe by then Windows 10 will have a lot more developer app support and I will have saved enough money by then to buy an unlocked Windows phone.

So I have compiled some articles I have come across in my research that may help some people who are on the fence such as I am about switching to Android.

If anyone has any questions please feel free to ask. I'm not expert but I have learned a bit about Android in the last couple weeks.

I was sort of in the same boat. Needed a new phone, didn't have a whole lot of cash to spend on an outright device. Jumped into Android.

Love my S6 EDGE so far.

Yeah its the unfortunate reality.

I think if I do jump ship it will be to the Nexus 6P. My fiance has a Samsung and I'm not a huge fan of it. Plus the device randomly bricks and she has constant issues with it. Plus I like the idea of getting over the air updates from Google instead of waiting for manufacture's and carriers to release them.

I was thinking a Nexus too. My hang up was the physical hardware, it did not meet my aesthetic requirements.

Didn't like the look of the device or didn't like the Specs?
