Why did rogers remove my account number?

Rogers has removed my account number, Now i have n linked account to my rogers account like . ? i owe 0$ as far as i know and only ever recieved 1 bill. I applied months ago for a moblie cell phone and never recieved it aswell... I cant find my old bill anywere online and its long gone in the trash but now i see i should have kept it but its gotta be somewere right? my account was register'd verified etc..
