Where are the Stingray Music Videos

As discussed in the following link, the Stingray Music Videos used to be available on demand on my computer (incorrectly described as Galaxie, which has changed to Stingray).

http://communityforums.rogers.com/t5/forums/forumtopicpage/board-id/HowTo/message-id/50/highlight/tr...

When I logged in today, I could not find any Music Videos.  I could stream the Stingray Music Channels, but found no videos.

I did notice that the Stingray Website has changed, so perhaps this has something to do with not finding any music videos on the Rogers OD site?

(I'm talking via my computer, not via Channel 100 ROD, which does contain the videos)

Well, that is very odd.  When I click on the link you supplied in post 2, copy below, it takes me to the music videos and I can play them just fine.  Unfortunately, I cannot get to that spot by going to the OD URL (second link below) and finding the music videos because "Stingray Music Videos" does not come up as an item to click.

Works: http://www.rogersondemand.com/OnDemand/Channel/stingraymvod?lang=en

Doesn't work for me:  http://www.rogersondemand.com/OnDemand/Channels?lang=en

I will use the link you provided - Thanks.

Good evening @57,

Thank you for your post!

As indicated in the article, go to rogersanyplacetv.com and click on the Channels tab.

Watch on Stingray Music Videos - There are 851 Videos you should have access to.

@RogersMaude:

Thanks for the link.  Unfortunately, as I mentioned in post 1, when I follow that link, I get zero videos. Here's a screenshot.

The image may require a short while for approval.

You'll also see that I have clicked on the TV Shows/By Channel tab to get to Stingray Music Videos. If I click on the Channels tab, then I cannot find Stingray Music Videos, only the Stingray channels themselves.

Thanks, but what I find odd is that I cannot find "Stingray Music Videos" without using the direct link you provided. There doesn't appear to be an icon for "Stingray Music Videos" anywhere that I could find that works.  For example, here's another screenshot showing only the music channels in the results when going to Channels - Music Channels.  No Videos Icon.

It's not under the "all channels" tab either...  The link with zero videos is available only through "TV Shows - By Channel" and that's the screenshot in my earlier post.

Here is what I get from that link:

So, as mentioned by @OLDYELLR above, the link that once worked, no longer brings up music videos, but rather an error message.

Also, as I stated earlier in this thread, there's no way for me to find the music videos when I click on On-Demand - Channels, etc.

Anyone have any solutions?  New Link?

No responses?  I guess not many people try to watch Stingray Music Videos on their computers.

If anyone has the time, please see if you can find them in the On-Demand link via their computer - same link as AnyPlace.  If you can find them, please post the link.  If you can't, please advise that you can't.

Here's the link to OD:  http://www.rogersondemand.com/

By way of clarification, I'm not talking about the Stingray Music Channels, which I can see/hear, and I'm not talking about the Stingray Music Videos on ROD channel 100 on my STB, which I can get.  See earlier posts and screenshots in this thread.

Thanks.

Thanks for contacting Stingray Music!

We have verified with Rogers. They have decided to remove the videos on demand last summer.

We apologize for the inconveniences this may have caused.

I got the above reply from Stingray via e-mail.  Apparently Rogers doesn't know this!

Funny that the videos are still on the ROD server via a STB.  Perhaps that's a different server and there's more demand there?
