What's with Yahoo always telling me to upgrade my browser from IE11 to IE9? !!!

Put IE in Compatibility Mode...that might get rid of the message.

Thanks. That seems to have worked; except I already had yahoo.com in compatibility mode due to previous problems, so I removed it.

 

Yahoo gave me the option of uprgading to their new email format; and I can now view photos from webmail.
