What are Smart Picks? How do I find them?

Hi,

I had a question about 'Smart Picks.' I notice this term mentioned in the forums but can't find any info on the site. I have a $60/6GB plan that I'm loathe to give up (while I'd like a another phone) and was given to understand that an upgrade to a Rogers Smart Picks phone is possible with going to the over-priced 'Share Everything' plans.

So is the only option to buy a phone outright, like the service reps tell me?

Any info/ comments appreciated.

Thanks.

Shibu

Good afternoon @shibut1,

Welcome to the Forums & Thank you for your post!

The Smart Picks tier pricing is now referred to as Smart Tab.

It is allowing Rogers customers to pay a higher price on the device of their choice,  in order to keep a less expensive plan.

Here are the 3 different ways that you can pay for your device:

  • Premium Tab
Pay the lowest price on your device today.
  • Smart Tab
Pay more for your phone upfront and save $10/month on your plan.
  • No Tab
Bring your own device or pay for it in full and save $10/month on your plan.

Don't hesitate to let us know if you have any more questions! Smiley Wink
