Voice mail issues

Seems to be an issues with Both Rogers and Fidos voicemail... 

When wanting to delete your msg to leave another one buy pressing 3 it's doesn't seem to reconize it as 3 but says your pressing 5 and its an invalid entery... 

This is occuring when i call to leave someone else a msg... to wierd...  so i thought i would report it here....

it doesn't appear to reconize any numbers's other then the # key 😞 just tested it again...

Is this just happening to me? Can anyone test try to delete a recorded voicemail?  (a voicemail being left for another person)

I've just tested myself and I'm able to press 3 and re-record my message before I send/leave it for another person.

What device are you using and what VM do you have? Mini or Regular?

it could be a dialer issues... I work off a dialer in a contact center... I'll report it to my IT team... Just wanted to be sure it was not an issue on this end....
