I became a Rogers customer in nov to get away from poor customer service instead I've just been disappointed. After a rocky start with faulty equipment which I understand happens I have been waiting 6 months for a promised account credit which was supposed to be on my second bill. NOT VERY HAPPY! Glad I didn't switch all my Telecom needs which WAS my plan.
