My question is whether or not they would have to send another tech out... because thats a pain for me.
I have also read that although the modem is new... I have outdated firmware on it that seems to be causing issues for others (v18.104.22.168)
I am hoping that ill be able to get a new version soon 😞
Yeah, seems like it takes a few days for the new firmware to be pushed out.
As for the tech, if its a line issue.. yeah, they will send another one out, not a problem.
