Upgrading, waiting for a rep to call.

I just recently upgraded my phone and changed my plan online. I received an email stating that a Rogers representative would call to go over the order placed from 6- 7 pm. That never happened. I got an order number with the email. Does this mean the order has been placed? I wanted to use my reward points toward my hardware upgrade, so I hope not.
