Up grade

So a few weeks ago rogers upgraded all the conections in my building. Was told that there would be a short disruption of service for 1 day.   LOL... Eh No. Had to get someone in to fix.. the fix. Since then I lose cable and internet at leat once a day.. for hours. Am using another provider.. via my cell to be able to post this.. just sayin. They say there is a problem in my area today! i ask about the last few weeks they have nothing. am going to discontinue services  cause you know they will not credit me for all the down time.

If the downtime was because of us working on the lines you will certainly be compensated for the down time.  Hoping the issue should not take too long and normal service should be resumed very soon.
