I'm not sure if it's really a Rogers issue or not, but it's been mentioned to me several times that friends and family cannot call my Rogers Home Phone number when they use a Bell Canada Calling Card from the United States, specifically Hawaii.
I'm not sure if the fact that my Rogers Home Phone number was previously ported from a Bell Canada landline or not, but it's only my Rogers Home Phone number.
Any insight on this subject would be appreciated.

There could be a couple of things going on here, one of which, your number could still be stuck in Bell's switch. Basically means, the cut over wasn't completely done properly, so calls from Bell customers may not be routing correctly, but that's only a guess at this point.
In any case, this is something we can definitely try to look into! Have you gone ahead and called in yet to report the problem and have a ticket escalated?
