We would love you to share your solution so other users having similar concerns down the road can get an easy fix, was it device related? Did you have to reset network settings?

Okay. So, what happens when you try to connect? What iPhone do you have?
Does it say the password is wrong? Does it give you an error message of any sort?
Have you taken any steps to try and fix it on your own? What have you done?
We need details if you want us to help you. Simply telling us it isn't connecting isn't enough.
