When I log into myrogers and go to the internet section, I have a rocket hub, and scroll down to the bottom and click data and the scroll down to the bottom of that I am presented with the following: Two scroll bars, the top one is two toned black and gray, the left end has the start date for the current period and the top where the light grey stops says you are here with an arrow to the change in colour (only) and the right end just has the label unlimited. The bottom bar is all green with the number 3825MB at the right end. There is a label that says this is your current usage. Now since the 23rd of Nov. I do not think I have downloaded almost 4 GB of data and since there are no data numbers on the top bar I have no idea what my usage is. I would appreciate some help with this. Thanks.
How do you have the RocketHub account number added to MyRogers?
You should be able to login to rogers.com/myrogers, select Account Info, then the Overview tab. The data usage information for their RocketHub is indicated on the Data tab in the area to the right of the device image.
The Rocket hub uses a cellular # and when we purchased it, the number was automatically put into our account.
Regarding your steps for seeing our current usage, those steps bring up a screen that never loads, it just sits there and grinds away saying it is loading. What we have found though, is, that is you get into MyRogers and click on wireless and scroll down, you will find 3 choices. If you click on data, it will give another click option and brings up two line bars. One says the start date and finish date of your billing cycle and shows an arrow pointing to a blank space. The 2nd bar show usage and in our case, indicates that in just a week into our cycle, we've already exceeded the minimum and graduated into 4gb.
We feel this is not correct and REALLY need to understand how to find out our daily or weekly, whatever, usage.
Can you help us with this, digging a little deeper??
