It’s here, the 2015-16 NHL season has arrived and you want to make sure you don’t miss a thing; Rogers NHL GameCentre LIVE™ is your answer.  Whether you’re already a Rogers Share EverythingTM or Rogers IgniteTM Bundle customer or have yet to subscribe, we are here to help.

If you’re not already a Rogers customer with a MyRogers login, click on the blue ‘Subscribe’ button shown above.

 

You will then be prompted to create your MyRogers profile.

Once you have created your profile you will be prompted to choose between linking your newly created MyRogers profile with your Rogers IgniteTM Bundle or Share EverythingTM wireless account

Troubleshooting Steps

I’m not a Rogers customer, how do I subscribe and login to Rogers NHL GameCentre LIVE™?

Follow the Subscribe (red button path shown above).

  • Start by clicking ‘Subscribe’
  • Create your MyRogers profile
  • Click ‘Subscribe’ again.
  • You will be prompted to submit your credit card info for your Rogers         NHL GameCentre LIVE™ payment.

You login to Rogers NHL GameCentre LIVE from outside Canada and can’t see Rogers content in the Rogers NHL App.

  • In the Rogers NHL app, go to Settings > Preferences (iOS) or Settings (Android), and select Rogers Sign In.
  • Log in using your MyRogers credentials.
  • Once logged in, you will have access to the same features as if in Canada.

 

There is no MyRogers login option in the system preferences (iOS only)

  • Check the country/region of the installed app. Make sure you:
    • Open the App Store
    • Select the Featured button and click the Apple ID (at the bottom of the screen).
    • Click on View Apple ID and enter password.
    • Select Country/Region.
    • Select Change Country/Region.
    • If the country code says anything other than Canada, the app needs to be reinstalled.
    • Uninstall the app, change to a Canadian App Store account, download the app and install the correct version.
    • Make sure you are not using any VPN and/or American DNS services.

 

Rogers.com login information isn’t working with Rogers NHL GameCentre LIVE

  • Confirm you’re able to subscribe to Rogers NHL GameCentre LIVE and your device is supported
  • Confirm you’re able to login with your MyRogers
  • If you’re receiving an error message still; reach out to us here on the Community Forums

 

 You can’t login to Rogers

NHL GameCentre LIVE with a smartphone/tablet (login works with a computer though)

  • Confirm your smartphone/tablet has an internet connection.
  • Check how you’re trying to connect to the internet (e.g. Wi-Fi, cellular).
  • Confirm the app is properly downloaded, installed and is the current version.
  • Confirm that you’re not already logged in through 5 other devices at the same time.

My current desktop browser is not compatible with Rogers

NHL GameCentre LIVE browser message.

  • Confirm compatible browser versions here: rogers.com/nhl
  • If needed, upgrade your browser or change your browser to use a compatible one
  • If you’re using a compatible browser and you’re still having issues; reach out to us here on the Community Forums

 

I’m logged in, watching, but continually booted and must log in again.

  • Confirm that you’re not already logged in through 5 other devices at the same time.
