Travel pack problem

Bought CAD$100 travel pack for Morocco .
Having technical problem with iphone
6+... Therefore won't be able to use travel pack at all? How can I get a refund or credit?

Did you have any means to  speak with Technical Support when you were having the issue so they could help troubleshoot the issue? What exactly was the technical problem? 

 

The travel pack is simply applied on your account in order to tell our billing system not to generate any extra charges unless you go over the bucket. If you had a technical issue it would have been device or roaming network related.
